When you use Sami, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, property address, and the photos you capture through the app. We also collect standard technical data such as device type, browser, and IP address to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your photo orders, communicate with you about your orders, process payments via Stripe, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or security code on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Photo Storage & Handling

Your raw photos are uploaded to secure cloud storage for processing. Processed photos are delivered to you via email. We may retain copies of your photos on our servers for a reasonable period to fulfill your order, handle support requests, and improve our AI photo processing. Photos used for service improvement are anonymized or de-identified.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sami: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (content delivery and storage), Resend (transactional email), and OpenAI (AI photo editing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at photos@sami35.com.
