These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sami photography service operated by BK Home Photos LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through sami35.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Sami provides guided real estate photo capture and AI-enhanced photo editing. You capture photos using our mobile app, submit them for processing, and receive professionally edited listing photos delivered to your email.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Pricing is based on the number of photos in your order and any optional add-ons selected at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for photos purchased through our service. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We are committed to delivering your photos promptly. In the unlikely event of a technical issue that prevents delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and fulfill your order. However, we do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and are not liable for delays caused by system errors, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Photo Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of the original photos you capture. Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the edited photos for any lawful purpose, including real estate listings, marketing, and personal use. We may use anonymized or de-identified versions of delivered photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out by contacting us.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not submit content that infringes on third-party rights, is obscene, or violates any applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BK Home Photos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
